• Direct representation of individuals.  For many individuals a litigation is a once in a lifetime experience.  This firm is able to offer deep experience to handle your legal problem.  Moreover, we understand that many of our individual clients have little or no experience with litigation.  We are dedicated to providing the personal attention that is needed to explain the process, its risks, benefits and costs.  We are willing to consider contingent and other non-traditional fee arrangements.
  
  
• Risk management consultation and alternative dispute resolution.  The financial and personal cost often makes litigation an unattractive alternative for many individuals.  Ideally, we hope to be consulted before individuals enter into contracts or other business relationships so that we can discuss the client's objectives and determine whether there are ways to minimize the risk of litigation.  Once a problem exists the firm first tries to devise strategies that make litigation the route of last resort.  We endeavor to provide creative, cost-effective solutions that may involve negotiation, mediation or other ways to achieve the client's goal.
