For more than twenty years Mr. Bjorkman has maintained a sophisticated practice specializing in complex litigation at two of the most prominent law firms in Connecticut and New York.  After completing a federal clerkship with the Honorable Stanley Marcus, Mr. Bjorkman was associated for five years with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York City.  He then moved to New Haven where he practiced with Wiggin and Dana, for the last eleven years as a partner in its litigation department.  During his career, Mr. Bjorkman has tried cases in federal and state court, handled complex arbitrations and mediations, managed the litigation docket of public and private companies, and counseled individuals and businesses on risk management issues.

The firm was established to provide individuals and businesses the highest quality risk management services in a cost-effective setting.  We are also pleased to offer our services to other attorneys who have the need to increase their litigation capacity on a case or project basis; and to transactional lawyers with a need for risk assessment and litigation diligence.  We are also available to accept referrals from attorneys with conflicts and to co-counsel in multiparty cases.  In all of our engagements we have the flexibility to consider nontraditional fee arrangements.
